Our obsession with Emerald Beaut pluots led us to get our own tree several years ago. But this year is our best crop ever!

When fully ripe, Emerald Beaut pluots are green on the outside and bright yellow inside. They have a similar crunchiness as an Asian Pear but are juicier and sweeter. And they are only ripe for a few weeks at this time of year.

Harvesting our own tree of our favorite fruit was heavenly! I brought a big bag to Mama yesterday and we’ve both enjoyed them thoroughly.
