My Crohn’s is still flaring despite last week’s immunosuppressive treatment. The physical pain is affecting my mental health and I’ve just felt frustrated all day. Then our favorite delivery driver Elizabeth appeared with my Amazon package. She’s such a ray of sunshine. Benny and I both adore her. We hadn’t seen her in a while so our quick visit was full of extra hugs.
