A local news segment called Bay Area Proud is celebrating 10 years of sharing 700 heartwarming stories about people doing good. Garvin Thomas, the man so beautifully telling the stories, shared his favorite segments in a playlist on YouTube.
Mama and I binged the entire list, tearing up the whole time. Wow. From volunteers holding babies in the NICU to custom capes for kids fighting cancer, tennis balls sent around the world in memory of a beloved dog, and a roof for an elderly neighbor, we were touched by the many strangers helping strangers. Even small acts of kindness had rippling effects. If you need your faith in humanity restored, watch these Bay Area Proud segments.
Today’s #OneGoodThing with Mama was watching these heartwarming local stories! Thank you, Garvin Thomas and Bay Area Proud for highlighting kindness in the community!!! What was your #OneGoodThing today? Please share in the comments! And remember, kindness is everything!
